Fall has always been my favorite time of the year. From the changing colors of the trees, pumpkins and cabbage on the porch, crisp cool evenings that bring out boots, sweaters, and scarves, to the sounds of Canadian geese as they migrate south for the winter. These are nature’s signs of the changing of the season.
This time of year also brings the warmth and memories of the holidays to my home. Ghost, candy corn, a good witch, and DIY pumpkins everyone is sure to love great guest in the foyer.
Pops of orange, green, and my favorite color purple adorn the fireplace mantel.
Velvet pumpkins, can one ever have too many?
The bookcase displays old books, a pumpkin lantern, and Debbee Thibault collectibles.
In the kitchen, I enjoy decorating with elements of nature like pumpkins, pansies, and fresh cut berries.
In the dining room, black cats and candy corn are Halloween decor favorites.
Pumpkins and plaid give this sitting space in the Master Bedroom a warm, cozy feeling. A great spot to curl up and read a book….
…or take a cat nap.
Wishing you a beautiful Autumn season!
